Welcome to Egypt Tours Company. By using our services or booking any of our tour packages, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered final only upon receipt of the agreed-upon deposit and sending of a booking confirmation via email. The deposit is typically 30% of the total trip value, and the remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the trip start date. The company reserves the right to cancel the booking if payments are not received by the specified deadlines.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars or Egyptian Pounds, depending on your selection. Prices include only the services explicitly mentioned in the tour itinerary. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of significant changes in currency exchange rates, fuel costs, or government taxes. We accept payment via credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation 30+ days before travel date: 80% refund of amount paid

• Cancellation 15-29 days before travel date: 50% refund of amount paid

• Cancellation less than 15 days before travel date: No refund

• No-show: No refund

Additional charges apply to airline and hotel booking cancellations according to service provider policies.

Visas and Documentation

The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary visas and permits to enter Egypt. We provide assistance with submitting required documents, but we are not responsible for visa application denials. In case of visa rejection, the standard cancellation policy applies. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.

Insurance

We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage. The company is not responsible for any losses or expenses resulting from lack of appropriate insurance.

Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify the tour itinerary or substitute hotels or transportation with others of the same standard in case of emergencies or force majeure. We will make every effort to inform clients of any changes in advance. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, strikes, political events, or natural disasters.

Liability

Egypt Tours Company acts as an agent to arrange travel services provided by third parties such as hotels, airlines, and transportation companies. We do not assume liability for any damages, injuries, losses, or accidents arising from the negligence of these third parties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked services.

Customer Conduct

All customers are expected to respect local laws, Egyptian customs, and traditions. We reserve the right to terminate the trip for any customer who exhibits inappropriate behavior or endangers others without any refund.

Baggage and Personal Belongings

The customer is fully responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. We assume no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of baggage and personal property.

Complaints

If you have any complaints during the trip, you must immediately inform the tour guide or company representative to attempt to resolve the issue. Written complaints must be submitted within 14 days of the trip's conclusion.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and owned by Egypt Tours Company. Copying or distributing it without prior written permission is prohibited.

Personal Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is used only to process your booking and communicate with you. We will not share your data with third parties except when necessary to deliver the requested services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Egyptian law. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.

Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
